365 PITCHING-VELOCITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The Pitching - Velocity Development Project is an off-season program that is designed to prepare the athlete for the upcoming season. In addition to increasing each pitcher's top and average velocity, we incorporate numerous arm care protocols to minimize injury risk. The age range is 11 - 18, with athletes assigned to age-appropriate groups. The program is broken down into phases that comprise a 16-week-long curriculum. Each phase will build off the previous one but will have a new focus. It is recommended that you do all 3 phases of the program, but it is not required.

Sessions are 2-hours in duration. In the initial hour, each athlete will be led through the pitching program by 3 of our 365 instructors. In the following hour the athletes work with the ISP Performance Coaches on their pitcher-specific mobility and power.
