365 BASEBALL HITTING PROJECT

The Baseball Hitting Project is an off-season program that is designed to prepare the athletes for the upcoming season. The age range is 11-18, with athletes assigned to age-appropriate groups. The program is broken down into phases that comprise a 16-week-long curriculum. Each phase will build off the previous one but will have a new focus. It is recommended that you do all 3 phases of the program, but it is not required.

Sessions are 2-hours in duration. In the initial hour, each athlete will be led through the hitting component by 3 of our 365 instructors. In the following hour the athletes work with the ISP Performance Coaches on their position-specific athleticism.
